1. Initial Meeting & Brief

Understanding our clients tastes and aspirations for a space are key to every project. This first meeting gives us a chance to get-to-know you, how you want to use the space and the extent of the project ahead. At this stage we can gauge the level of design and creative input required and advise you.

2. Interior Architecture & Spatial Layouts

We start to draw up layout plans for the optimum use of space. We produce detailed drawings and specification packages as well as tender documentation. When required, we work closely with your Architect to make sure the space is used to its true potential. Your project will be clearly communicated to you giving you a sense of the scale, proportion and style of your design through your floorplans.

3. Design Research & Concept Design

At this stage we collaborate with you to hone down the style direction. We then design the scheme to include everything from bespoke furniture pieces to wall and floor coverings, fireplaces, soft furnishings, and lighting-using our trusted specialist supplier base. This is a lengthy part of the process with research into every possible option and costing. We carefully balance the design concept with function right down to ensuring services are placed appropriately.

4. Presentation & Review

We present the proposed scheme to you, room by room, detail by detail, with the use of mood boards. We talk through layout plans, fabric samples, surface finishes and wall and floor coverings. Every client is presented with a bespoke set of samples and plans so they can absorb the design at their leisure. At this stage we cost up the proposed scheme, and incorporating feedback from yourselves, iron out the final design.

5. Development & Detailed Design

We will develop the agreed concepts by providing working drawings. Our designers develop their creative concept drawings into full working designs with every element drawn out. This ensures that our drawing packages are clear for the site team to follow. At this stage we would detail up any bespoke fitted joinery or furniture elements with our craftsmen if required.

6. Procurement & Implementation

To ensure we meet and surpass our clients expectations we meticulously project manage the installation of the design ensuring our ongoing support throughout. We co-ordinate all tradesmen and the timely delivery of bespoke furniture items, accessories and soft furnishings. We put in place all of the finishing touches to create a personal and beautiful space. We are also able to offer styling including decorative items and floral design to add the final touch to each project.
